I just changed the theme, I loved the old one, but the buttons were going under the pages – was considering experimenting with a hybrid on this blog on the weekend, in the meantime I put this semi chinesey theme.
I just wanted to let you know that I am currently reviewing what appears to be a really impressive qigong training online, Now a lot of what ive seen and even purchased online has disappointed me but this system is certainly complete, it includes video and written material, I will let you know more once I have had time to properly go through and assimilate the material. Its based on one of the many shaolin forms.
Also i am considering putting up a signup email box and a free email course on the 8 section brocade, let me know if you like the idea by commenting below!
