Todays Qigong

Was really awesome, really relaxed me and I was able to bring a lot more mental energy and focus to my work, although the qigong session itself was a little brief(I was running late for work) I managed to step outside of time during the practice as I entered the qigong state.

The actual practice I did was a combination of healing qigong and 8 section brocade.

Im writing this now as I got home from a long day at work and yet it seemed to just fly by, and I still have energy,

the next thing i need to watch is definitely going to include my diet and meal timing.
